1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of Louisiana, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must own a residential property within the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Service Area, which includes the following parishes: Ascension, Assumption, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana.
• Rental properties or commercial buildings do not qualify.
• Employees of Parish Construction and Roofing, their immediate family members, and any affiliated companies or contractors are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Each participant must schedule and complete a free roof inspection with Parish Construction and Roofing to receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.
• Each participant must follow Parish Construction and Roofing on social media.
• Limit one (1) entry per household regardless of the number of inspections performed.
• Entries will only be valid if the inspection is completed within 30 days of the giveaway start date on Feb. 14th

3. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The drawing will take place on Feb. 21st, 2025, and the winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 business days.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

4. Prize Details

• The prize consists of $5,000, which will be awarded in cash.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash beyond the stated value.

5. Additional Terms

• By entering, participants agree to allow Parish Construction and Roofing to use their name, city, and photo for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and marketing materials.
• Parish Construction and Roofing values your privacy. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive future promotional communications, updates, and offers from us.
• Parish Construction and Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond their control impact its integrity.
  By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Parish Construction and Roofing from any claims or liabilities related to the giveaway.

6. Compliance & Disqualification

• Any attempt to obtain multiple entries by using different names, addresses, or other fraudulent means will result in disqualification.
• Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be removed from the drawing.
